Pours murky hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of rhubarb, fruits, malts and tartness. Taste is tartish, ripe fruity and yeasty with notes of rhubarb, berries and beetroot. Finish is tartish and yeasty with notes of rhubarb and beetroot. Quite untypical, but surprisingly good.

Draught @ SOPP 2014 Pours murky brown with a tiny head. Aroma of banana, yeast, leathery wood, oak and peat. Taste is sweetish, smooth and yeasty with notes of banana, oak, and juniper. Finish is sweet and yeasty with some peaty and banana. Pretty good Sahti with a touch of peat and woody notes.

Pours dark brown, almost black with a tiny head. Aroma of sour lactic notes, roastiness, berries and espresso. Taste is milky lactic, sourish and messy with some off flavors. Finish is sourish and messy with some off flavors. Not sure if this was intentionally sour or not.

Smell of smoke and banana. Muddy colour, no head. Aroma of tar, peat, banana, yeast, smoke. Sweet, very flat carbon. Oily texture.

Smell of chocolate and acid. Dark brown muddy colour, creamy head. Very sour, some sweetness in finish. Aroma of acids, roasted malt, ash, cocoa. Certainly an experience, but too acidic for me.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2014) The beer poured dark brown and hazy. No head. Aroma had banana, peat, vanilla and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, banana, malts, vanilla and peat. Aftertaste had peat, banana and sweetness. A successful experimet with sahti.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2014) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, vomit and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sourness, malts, toffee and bitterness. Afteraste was sweet, sour and bitter. Nice ale with sour twist.

Aroma is a bit odd with sweet fruit juice and fruit candy. Also some gastric acid. Flavour is somewhat acidic with grapefruit, some hay, odd vegetable tones and grainy malt. Quite unique, not sure what to think of this. More mellow and less aggressive than I expected.

Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, clove, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. Nice berliner weisse but a very weird hefeweizen.
