Crisp, stingy green and herbal hoppy with some pine, peaches, tropical fruits, citrus, floral notes and grapefruit, long lasting lingering bitterness. Quite fresh, almost raw even. Slightly unbalanced, might get better after a few weeks.

A murky and light yellow beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has red grapefruit, mango, hint of vanilla, nice fruitness. Taste has grapefruit, light mango, some bitterness. Medium bodied. Very nice.

(Keg at brewery taproom, 20250221) The beer poured yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tart fruits, passion fruit and mango. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tart fruits, passion fruit, resin and bitterness. Aftertaste had citrus fruits and bitterness. Very juicy as the name suggests.
