Poured dark brown in color, white head.
Nice citrusy aroma, has some piney notes as well. Nicely dry, malty and bitter.

On tap at Gallows Bird - Tapiola, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of saline, lots of floral notes from the elderflower, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is salty, with tons of saline dominating, with the elderflower taking a backseat. Pleasant enough but I want more elderflower.

On tap at One Pint Pub, pours a clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma has bready malt, not much else. Flavour has dry bready malt and some fungal notes. Very dry finish. Uninteresting.

On tap at Olarin, pours a dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of toasted malt, some gentle roast, and earthy hops. Flavour has light roasted malt, piney hops, and some earthiness. Balanced, finishing bitter and roasted. Good.

Growler at Olarin, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out oily pine, resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is full of oily pine, some resins, and crisp biscuity malt. There’s some dankness in there along with plenty of bitterness on the finish. Very good.

On tap at Olarin, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has very sweaty, tired hops, armpits, etc. Flavour is similar, with sweaty hops, earthiness, armpits, and bready malt. Sweaty, armpity. This is poor.

On tap at Olarin, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has soft melon, citrus hops, some allium, and biscuity malt. Flavour is extremely bitter, with plenty of bitter citrusy hops, bitter cones, and and crisp biscuity malt. Citrusy, piney, and very bitter. Good albeit not as clean or vibrant as it could be.

On tap at Juova, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of bitter orange rinds, piney hops, some sticky resins, and bready caramel malt. Flavour is full of orange rinds, lots of pine, and bready caramel. Quite bitter, but also has plenty of malt backbone. Good stuff.
