Dark brown, with a thin head. This has a bit of a harsh character, lots of bitterness, there’s a nutty note. A bit of alcohol in the finish.

330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium sweet toasted malt and some earthy notes. Flavour brings out medium roasted malt, with plenty of hops, and some wood. Robust, with a woody, hoppy finish. This is very good.

Dark roast and some dark fruit. Jet black brown with a small light brown head. Hoppy and bitter roast with a long finish. Big and bold.

Tap @ TCBF2019. Smell of something really odd that I only recognise as chicken...? Muddy yellow colour, high white head. Aroma of raw berries, raw fruit, some yeast. Sour. Flat carbon. Very dry palate. Apart from the smell a decent sour.

33 cl bottle @ home. Aroma has chocolate. Flavour has salty licorice, some herbal tones and ash. A simple and straightforward IS with too much saltiness for my taste.
