(Draught at U Trí Ruzí, Prague, 28 July 2012. 5.0%) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, moccha and dark rye bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, dark bread, mild coffee flavours and a gentle roasty bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Nice one.

(Draught at U Trí Ruzí, Prague, 26 July 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with bread, toast and dried apricots. Malty taste with notes of bread, toasty grain, cereal, and a gentle spicy bitterness in a finish with a touch of orange peel. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Nice one.

(Draught at U Trí Ruzí, Prague, 26 July 2012) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, resin, grass and lots of fresh hops. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, resin, toast, orange peel and fresh citric hops in a finish with a generous bitterness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Didn’t quite expect that kind of fresh, hoppy lager, but this was a nice surprise. Nice one.

Golden with a lasting white head. The aroma has loads of hay, some fresh cut grass and grain. Plain malty flavour perhaps you even sense a touch of rice, followed by hay and grass in the finish
