At HBF 2016. Pours smoothy like character. Aroma has banana, wheat, yeast and mild spicy notes. Nice drinkability once you get over the smoothie character. Mild smoke.

(Poured from some vessel at HBF2016) The beer poured yelly like, dark brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had banana and rye. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were rye, sweetness, banana, juniper and low bitterness. Afteraste had sweetness and rye. A nice rye sahti.

Tap at HBF 2016, Helsinki. Colour is deep cloudy orange with small very small white bubbly head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, grain, juniper, strong malts. Heavy stuff.

[ As Lapin Voima Ruissahti ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast, banan - fruit, juniper - wood, minerals, bubble gum. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast - wheat, dough, fruity, banana, woody - earthy. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic - phenol. [20150722]

[ As Lapin Voima Kullero Ruissahti ].Murky medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, wood - juniper. Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy golden, small head. Fruity nose with bubblegum and untidy stable. Sweet with near full body and incredibly viscous oily mouthfeel. Twigs, juniper, bubblegum and butter. Hardcore stuff.

Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy golden, rich head. Cellar and dough, some butter in a nose that highly resembles some Lithuanian farmhouse ales. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Hay, butter and sourdough. Low bitterness.
