SOPP 2025. Mild sour bretta-ish smell. Pale yellow colour, high white head. Aroma of wild yeast, grapes, some funky herbal flavour. Soft plentiful carbon. Lightly sweet. Light body, watery.

Draught@SOPP Turku 2021. Pink colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some toffee, cherries and mild tartness. Flavour is kind of ufo-karki meeting cherries and some toffee. Surprisingly drinkable.

Bottle. Pinkish red colour with a big lively foamy head. Berries, some sugary tones with mild tartness and wooden elements. Flavour is sweet berries, fruity and mild toffee tones with mild tart wood to it. Not all too much carbonation and the flatness makes it not all too pleasant to drink.

Bottle. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, mild grainy and some herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some grass, floral and mild biscuity tones. Mildly yeasty elements to it too.
