Fatöl Chapterhouse testas ihop med ny Apex Dipa. Här har vi lite aprikos samt något innestängd smak. Lite äpple. Mild Dipa . Knappt så jag tycker den ska klassas som Hazy variant. God men verkligen inget speciellt.

On tap at Brisket & Sons, Gothenburg. An OJ looking beer with a small white head leaving some lacing. Gentle aroma with grapefruit, peach and some tropical fruityness. Medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Tropical fruityness and some pinecones and peach in the flavor. Medium length finish. Too gentle this one. 240724

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Biscuity nose paired with tropical hops - Sabro? Rich, fruity body, again biscuity and somewhat caramelly - kinda like and old school US IPA paired with more modern and juicy IPA. Maybe a little oxidized causing some overripe fruit notes, but I don't really mind. Discreet, finishing bitterness. 230724
