Tap @TuPa 2018. Smell of ash, tar. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of sugar, roasted malt, spiciness kicks in afterwards. Tar and brown sugar in finish. Lively soft carbon. Bitter and spicy.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden with a lacing off-white head. Yeasty, spicy, fruity nose. Medium body, initial yeast and fruitiness relieved by a very dry finish - albeit not super bitter or anything. All in all a pretty decent Saison without a shitload of nasty phenols.
