Bottle. The licorice is light in the beer. Light barnyard as well. Moderate grassy hops flavour and bitterness. Moderate body, high carbonation. Interesting, tasty as well and easy drinking. I like this.

Bottle. Med-light metallic, otherwise pretty clean. Lacking more balls to be a true oktoberfest for me. Moderate bitterness, moderate body, rather low carbonation. Light grainy maltiness, hops in the background. Drinkable. Good but not great.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a creamy, beige head. Aroma is Xmas spice galore: clove and cinnamon for sure - nutmeg perhaps. Medium body, subtle roast and some sweet licorice - again Xmas spices. I'm not a fan of the spices, but the beer is well crafted as such. 141217

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an orangey amber with a slight haze and an excessive, frothy beige head with a fairly solid retention. Biscuity aroma. Medium body, again biscuity notes, a slight tartness and a fairly solid late bitterness. 141217
