330ml Bottle - Very dark, almost black. Berries, pine and some soapy notes in the aroma. Slightly sweet taste with blackcurrant, pine and cherries. Not bad but reminds me of a sweetish strong mild rather than a black IPA.

Bottle split at CBC Covborn, thanks to LKS, 10/10/18. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is charr, cocoa powder, toffee, brown bread, dusty hops. Taste comprises fruit slice, light pine dusting, toffee, brown bread, cocoa rub. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest earthy hop bitterness. Passable CDA.

Can shared at craft beer Co Covent Garden. Many thanks. a mahgoany brown coloured pour with a a loose tan head. Aroma is nutty brown malts, earthy, pine, vanilla. Flavour si composed of nutty malts, earthy nutty, malts, cake,. Palate is woody malts, tannin, forthy carbonation.
