Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a solid, white head. Leathery Brett aroma atop some overripe fruit. Rich, sweet fruitiness, some yeastiness and late the leathery Brett comes creeping in again. Bitter hop finish. Obviusly infected with wild yeast but the beer is still drinkable. 060223

Ljust gyllengul och oren vätska med ett storbubbligt skum. Vid öppning av flaskan vällde delar av innehållet ut. Aromer av tvål och blöt rå säd. Säden byts ut i smaken mot våtare kartong men kvar finns tvålflingorna.
