Bottle. Pours a clear light brown with a tan head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma is full of sweet nuts with backing grainy and light chocolate. Flavor is has a good amount of nuts with notes of bread and hay.

Not sure if this has any distribution but it can be found in Roswell. Dark brown with a thick head. Husky roast aroma and taste with toast and a little bit of nuttiness. Maybe a bit harsh.

Has a chocolatey aroma. Like a strong regular stout in character. Dark brown with a thin head. Ok, this is just way too thin, especially in the finish. I can’t even notice anything else.

Hazy tan with a malty, spicy aroma. Malty on the plate with light spice and what seems like artificial citrus. OK, but really more of an Am Wheat than a witbier.

Light amber and with a thick head. The aroma is mostly caramelly. Lightly fruity and caramelly amber. Ok, but definitely a little bit dull.

Not sure of the branding on this one, it was at the ABQ Brewpub. Dark brown. Cascadey, leafy hop aroma over top a mild brown body. Light body, slightly acidic black malt notes with leafy cascadey notes.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a thin off-white head. The aroma is distinct chile, wheat, and light hops. The flavor is sweet and a little salty. The palate is light to medium, acidic, and a little bubbly. Overall, this is a clean and straightforward chile beer. The spiciness is mild.

Dullish blonde colour. Vaguely grainy aroma with mellow, earthy hops. Grainy, bland character. Low bitterness. I guess this is easy-drinking but it is not refined and is a bit boring.

12oz bottle-pours an off white head and hazy yellow/gold color. Aroma is chile, secondary grain. Taste is chile, secondary sweet grain/light malt. At front of palate, slight initial warming, none at back end. OK carbonation. Smooth.

Sampled at Texas Beerfest. Pours a cloudy amber with a small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is a raisin malt and bready. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet roasted malt and coffee. Easy to drink, a very good amber from Sierra Blanca.

Aroma: Chili peppers
Taste: Light chilies and pale malts, bathwater
