Tp at Kustaa Vaasa, Helsinki. Color is dark brown with almost no head. Aromas and flavours: Licorice, some salt, some distant hints of bread, tar and malts. Dark weizen elements dominate.

Clear golden colour, small white head. A bit sweet buttery and grainy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Malty, grainy flavour with a bit harsh herbal hoppyness. Dry finish. Tolerable.

Tap @ Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Light ambered colored brew. Mild sourness combined with some berries and lots of spruce. Its all about the spruce really. Dry, spicy, gin like notes. OK.

Tap at TCBF2019. Smell of banana, yeast. Dark brown muddy colour, tiny white head. Aroma of earth, juniper, hops..?, some yeast and banana. Nice more sour/bitter sahti. Some smoky notes in finish. Zero carbon, viscous texture.
