Tap at PWF2017, Helsinki. Color is very murky brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Ripe fruits, banana, harshness, some hops and malts. Easy sahti.

Tap at PWF. Murky brown colour, tiny off-white head. Lots of juniper, light banana, even hops in the nose. Medium-bodied. Semi-sweet. Lots of juniper, hops, only some banana. Nice sahti.

Bottle from Pien. Muddy amber colour, white head. Aroma of straw, grain, yeast. Some fruit in finish. Saison-y feeling. Mildly bitter and medium sweet. Wild carbon. Medium body.

A light yellow beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has grain, wet grass and some fruitness. Taste has grain, herbal-grassy hops, some fruitness. Light+ bodied, nice carbonation. The first beer from this brewery, quite good start.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Vantaa. BBE 181217. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, some caramel, sweetness and malts. Total mess.

33cl bottle from Pien. Bbe 18.12.17. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Floral, malty, mild earthy and apricotty aroma. Flavor has malts, floral notes, some fruits. Light bodied. Gets bit stuffy later on. Ok start IMO.

Slightly hazy yellow color, good white head. Light aroma has green apple peel and fruityness. Light-bodied with crisp carbonation. Flavour has light floral fruityness and then some more spicey bite in the aftertaste. Light honeyish notes in the background. Pale, easy thirst quencher without big faults. Quite shy start for the first beer of this brewery but ok Sauna drink.
