33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Ruissalo, BBE 02/2019
Aroma has coffee and chocolate. Flavour has chocolate, pot coffee, minerals and ash. Surprisingly good for this ABV and quite good start for this new brewery also. The only flaw here is that this is a bit watery – but what can you do with this ABV..

Smell of raw fruit. Cloudy beige colour, very high white head. Aroma of malt, grain, some woody flavour. Herbs also to be noted, although not clearly coriander. Medium sweet. Somewhat stuffy. Medium carbon.

Drunk from bottle. Smell of hops, some paper. Aroma of hops, malt, paper, some grainy notes. Medium bitter. Slightly messy. Lively carbon.

Smell of roasted malt, some tar. Very dark brown colour, high dark brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, some hops, burnt bread. A rough bitterness, but also a very light body. Lively carbon.

A colablack beer, a head is medium and light brown. Aroma has liquorice, roastiness of coffee, some sweetness of malts. Taste has roastiness, red berries, simple. Too thin body. Quite nice.

Bottle 330ml in pbf xii. Opaque colour, small beige head. Licorice, medicinal aroma. Light-bodied. Watery. Toastyness, some licorice, low bitterness. Tolerable, not horror.

Bottled at PBF XII. Black with brief head. Aroma of coffee and caramel. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee and caramel, but flavours don't really come out. Low bitterness.

A dark orange beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has some tropical notes, caramel, some green leaves and even hint of vegetables. Taste has caramel malts, soem tropical notes, purer than aroma. Mild bitterness. Medium bodied. Too mild and slightly unpure.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE01/2019. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Wheat, some sweetness, some distant hints of fruits and malts. Very boring and little bit of musty and flat.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 01/19. Color is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, some caramel, some biscuits, some hops and malts. Sweetie malty and boring. Not ready and musty.
