--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Lightly hazy golden, small head. Mildly citrusy coriander aroma. Mid dry with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Wheat crackers and coriander, notes of lime. Low bitterness.

A bit cloudy golden colour, tiny white head. Wheaty, coriander aroma. Light-bodied. Some citrus, yeast, coriander in the flavour. Basic Witbier in good and bad.

From tap at The Old English Pub 07.06.24 with Matthias J, Santerj and Enja from the Sysmus 2024 conference in Jyväskylä. Hazy pale straw colour. Persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of lemon, lime, pilsner malt, grapefruit, lychee, tamarind and a slight hint of chives. Good!

With Mathis J. Clear golden. Persitent bright white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of pale malt, marmalade sawdust and sap.
