Description

Oma Panimo announced banktuptcy in Feb 2026.

Bottled 500ml (Pieni Olutpuoti, brewed 7.11.2019)
Opaque colour, tiny beige head. Toasted, coffeish aroma. Light-bodied. Nice toasted, bitterish, coffeish flavour. Nicely in balance, no vegetables. Could have more body of course, but fresh feeling.

An orange-brown beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has strong earthyness and sourness, some fruitness. Taste has earthyness, some sweet berries, weird notes of pollution. Medium bodied, I don't like this, too earthy.

(Keg at Barley & Bait, 20191105) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tangerine, grapefruit and pineapple. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grapefruit, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, hoppy and bitter. A decent but thin hoppy brew.

Botlled 500ml (KCM Lielahti)
Clear amber-copper colour, small off-white head and lace. Tropical fruits and butter in the nose. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, caramalt, sweet berries in the flavour. Too much sweetness here cutting the bitter end.
