Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, wheat, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, light banana. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. On tap at Brewdog Helsinki, pours a hazy dark amber orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite fruity, with red fruits, saison yeast and some candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with red berries, saison yeast and light candied sugar. Far from an authentic saison, but it works well enough.
