Description

Mild smell of yeast. Dark lemon colour, high white head. Aroma of grain, hops, some yeast, faint notes of wheat in the finish. Lightly sweet, I guess. Very light body and flat carbon. Also this one tastes more-than-half pilsener, like their APA earlier. You can spot the hefeweizen by searching for it, but a blind taste would put this to some other category...

Smell of grain, grass. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of malt, grain, some hops and grass in finish. Flat carbon, mildly bitter. Not so much of an APA, more of a missing link between pilsener and session IPA. Light body. Fresh. Decent first impression of this brewery.

(Keg at Ota Olut 2017) The beer poured golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grain and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. A surprisingly good grainy pils. Bit thin.
