Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2015. Light amber / orange coloured pour with a small off white head. Light haze. Aroma is light caramel, dirty toffee, farmyard. Flavour is composed of caramel, toffee, nitty grains, mild infection, tangy green apple. Palate is grainy, semi sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2015. A black / Brown/ red coloured pour with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is earthy fug and raisin, raisiny Malta, wood, dried apple and some alcohol. Flavour is composed of cakey malts, dried fruits raisin and apple, light solvent, woody, light solvent. Palate us medium full, moderate carbonation, light mineral. Good strong mild.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2015. Light golden coloured pour with a haze and a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is raw grains, straw, grain store and some light apple. Flavour is composed of grain husks, straw, hedgerow hop, rough back if the throat bitterness. Some vegetal matter, brambles. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation. Butter finish. Earthy and rustic bitter golden beer.

Cask at the White Hart Hotel, St Albans. Clear amber color, scant white head. Aroma of burnt caramel and subtle black pepper. Taste has peppery burnt biscuit and toast. Very nice.
