9/11/2018. Cask at the 24th Watford Beer Festival. Pours very dark ruby brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of malt, toffee, chocolate and winter spices. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Malt and spices to finish. A festival highlight.

9/11/2018. Cask at the 24th Watford Beer Festival. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, biscuit and fruit. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Malt biscuit finish.

Cask at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2018, St Albans, Herts. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, malty, fruity, caramel aroma and taste. Quite a pleasant offering from Paradigm.

Gravicask at the 23rd St Albans Beer & Cider Festival. Patchy pearl white head, hazy orange coloured body. Faint lacing. Dough fruity on the nose. Grassy hops to the taste profile, slightly perfumed. Mid-dry ending. Fair enough. (Shared with Finn 27.09.2018).

Gravicask at the 23rd St Albans Beer & Cider Festival. Near black in the glass. Bubbles to the rim of the surface. Dotted spots on the glass. Slightly roasted malty aroma, earthy and mid-sweet. Mixed taste of dark fruits, earth, chocolate and a touch of smoke. Smooth malt-driven ending. Nice. (Shared with Finn 27.09.2018).

28/9/2018. Cask at the St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2018. 3.9% abv. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, hops, grass, hay and touch of veg. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Tangy, fruity finish.
