Third by cask, second day of GBBF Winter 20, Elgar Bar. Shared with Finn. Cloudy brownish body, dotted spots from a covering beige head. Vague smell of toffee, hints of ripe fruits. Grainy fruity flavours, ashy. Short bittersweet end. Easy going. (Birmingham 05.02.2020).

Moderate ripe lemon aromas. Mixed taste character of lemon and grainy malts. Bittersweet finish. Quite okay. (Birmingham 05.02.2020).

Half-pint, cask ale at Vinyl Tap in Preston. Shared with Finn. Steady white head leaving lacing rings on the glass. Misty warm golden body. Ripe fruity nose, slightly floral. Moderate fruity taste of peaches and citrus. Ends with a subdued fruity bitterness. Clean in the mouth. Refreshing quencher (09.02.2019).

[Cask at the White Horse, Hedgerley.] A golden amber pour with a loose cream head; sweet fruity aroma; caramel malt taste, with a sharp grainy bitterness, and some stome fruit; then a crisp fruity finish. Rather good.
