Fat hos bryggaren. Doftar rikigt gott men svagt av äpplen och lite päron samt apelsin. I munnen mjuk medelhårt kolsyrad och medelbeska. Tydlig ljus maltsmak i gommen. Gröna äppken och lite bröd samt apelsin och mycket svag ton av chilli. Något väl torr eftersmak för få topp betyg. Men en Rikligt god Dipa.

Draught at the brewpub on February 21, 2018.Cloudy orange brown color, off-white head. Malty, a decent bit hoppy scent. Malty, bitter taste. Lasting bitter aftertaste. Medium, a bit thin, mouthfeel. Fairly high bitterness.For my taste focuses more on bitterness than I enjoy and lacks some hop character in aroma and taste. Nice, but not really one I want plenty more of personally.7/3/6/3/12=3.1

Draught at the brewpub on February 14, 2018.Cloudy dark brown to black color, dense tan to light brown head. Malty, chocolate, roasted scent. Sweet, malty, roasted taste. Chocolate, sweet aftertaste. A bit fruity, some warming alcohol. Medium full mouthfeel, medium bitterness.8/3/8/4/16=3.9

Draught at the brewpub on January 31, 2018.Hazy golden color, off-white head. Hoppy, tropical, fruity scent, also a bit sweet and some caramel. Bitter, hoppy, fruity taste. Bitter, hoppy, resin aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high to high bitterness.8/3/7/3/14=3.5

Draught at the brewpub on January 17, 2018.Sampled side by side with the "non barrel aged" version.Pitch black color, dark brown head. Sweet, boozy, nutty, wood, estery scent. Sweet, fruity, alcohol, wood, estery, some solvents taste. Slight dry, wood aftertaste. Full mouthfeel, medium bitterness.Might have spent a bit too long on the barrel for my liking, still very nice.8/5/8/4/17=4.2

Fat hos bryggaren. Svart såklart och tydlig smak av glögg. Nejlika hittar jag. Tydligen saffran i förutom nejlikan som känns först efter jag fick veta. Ok jul öl. Svårt betygsätta julöl då knepiga ingredienser ingår i denna ölsort .

Fat hos bryggaren. Ovanligt ljus medel grumlig öl för att vara från Reza. Doftar omedelbart fint lite tung USA humle. Troligen amarillon. I munnen först torra pilsnertoner sen kommer nån mer komplex humlesmak? Perfekt beska från början till slut. Som ipa nörd gäller det ställa om och känna detta en smakrik ren humle lager. God . Inga bismaker här inte. Finns faktiskt lite champagne toner i ölen. Jättegod till mat ska påpekas.

Very nice fruity & spicy saison nose. Underlying ripe tropical fruits & grass hops. Balanced taste with nice yeasty spice. Crisp! Very nice!

Draught at 3 små rum on November 28, 2017.First day the beer is on tap, also only 3 kegs available.Pretty much black color, light brown head. Spicy, alcohol, fruity scent, also sweet. Spicy, sweet, alcohol, malty taste. Bitter, spicy aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Smooth mouthfeel, medium to medium high bitterness.7/4/7/4/15=3.7

Unclear deep golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks fine. Nice intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a smooth carbonation level. Pleasant acidity and bitterness. Moderate sweet and a semi dry ending. Lasting tail. Citric, yeast, pine and fruity flavor. Nice tasty brew.
