Keg at SBWF. Hazy deep golden, small head. Gingery nose with lots of licorice root. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Banana, licorice and soft gingerbread takes over. Low bitterness.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy golden, creamy head. Distinct spicy marzipan aroma. Dry with medium body and firm rounded mouthfeel. Elderflowers and bread, marzipan and herbal spice. Mid bitter finish. Very Belgian in style.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy amber, mid sized creamy head. Bready nose with some elderflowers. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Peppery and creamy. Mid bitter finish. Mellow.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in September 2016. (my first one from this brewery) Black with a large creamy tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee and light smoke. Similar taste, also some licorice and hints of dried fruit. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

330ml Bottle - Copper in colour. Apple, caramel and notes of marzipan and cinnamon in the aroma. Malty and moderately sweet taste with caramel, raisins, sultanas, apple and hints of cinnamon.

Svart med høyt tykt beige skum. Lukter kaffe, mørk sjokolade og korn. Middels fylde. Kaffen og sjokoladen er tydelig med i smaken også. En del salt lakris som dominerer avslutningen. Fin sødme i bakgrunnen. Middels lang.

330ml Bottle - Black with a tan head. Coffee, liquorice and hints of berries in the aroma. Smooth, roasted and slightly smoky taste with chocolate, liquorice, coffee and ash detected.
