Smell of raspberry. Pink colour, light pink colour. Aroma of raspberry, sugar. Sour, finishes sweet. Pleasant raspberry aroma. Lively carbon.

On tap at �lhus K�benhavn, pours a hazy bright red with a small white head. Aroma is super puckering, with lots of bright tart red berries, light lacto and some salt. Flavour is massively puckering, with lots of tart red berries, plenty of lacto, and loads of salt. Very puckering and sour, but it works well. Nice amount of salt also to juxtapose the tartness. Solid stuff.

Bottle, brought over from Oulu by my Aunt. Low key aroma: weak coffee in a basement. Jet black. Thick foamy head. Initially has a sour taste before a light bitterness comes through. Slightly hoppy coffee. Light-medium bodied. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long, Slightly astringent finish. Hmmm. Not exactly bland, just not particularly exciting. Restrained.

33 cl bottle @ Kissasauna, Viinikka. Batch #074, BBE 2019. Aroma has coffee, mocha and mild vegetable tones typical to coffee beers. Flavour has truffles, mocha and some licorice. Dry finish. Excellent stuff for this abv.
