Bottle. Slightly hazy pour with a small, beige head. Slightly sourish nose with a jelly-beanish fruityness. The jelly beans are present in the flavor as well, and there’s also some roasted flavors and a good dash of sweetness. Medium to full body. Finally (?) a decent beer from Samsø, even though it’s not a beer to repeat. Is the sourness caused by the berries? (071013)

From bottle, no 31 at Papsoes blindtasting. Pours muddy brown to orange and with a lacing head. Slight spiced aroma. Mild sweet with a bit of spices. Ends with a bit of bitterness and a slight spiced note. Boring and bad appearance.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy, amber golden with a creamy, beige head. Sweetish, caramellish nose. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel and a little low in carbonation. There’s some sweet caramel there and a touch of yeast. No bitterness whatsoever. 301107

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of cinnamon and pumpkin. Thanks yespr for sharing this.
