Bottle. Creamy white good mostly deminishng head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma with strong notes of this beer being off. Light bitter ugly acetic flavor. Watery palate.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. DArk brown colour. Heavy malty aroma with smoke and coffee notes. Moderate bitter flavor and still coffee/chocolate notes. Creamy palate. OK beer from Samsø maybe one of the best (but that doesnt make it a great ber!!!!!)

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of barnyard, plastic, straw, and a slight touch of something burnt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, oranges, straw, malt, and bread, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle, 4.5% at KØ07. Very hazy, digusting-looking milky colour. Very yeasty flavour, I cannot really taste much else. Horrible.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet wheaty, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry wheaty end. Boring - but nothing wrong.

Bottle, 4.5% at KØ07. Citric aroma. Hazy dark brown colour, small head. The flavour is a little strange, fruity and quite buttery. Not too pleasant.

CBF07 sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma of honey. Flavour soft malty and honey. Finish is short. Good honey brew, but lacks complexity to be really good.

Wuhuu, a missing Samsø brew, and one of the x-mas brews, yuppieee... From 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy, orange with no head. Aroma is roasted malt with a sour note and a spice. Flavour is spicy, malty but still dry. Flavour has the orange on top as a soft note. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet finish.
