330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a small head. Grapefruit, pine, gooseberries, orange peel and biscuity malt in the aroma. Hoppy, tangy and fruity taste with grapefruit, gooseberries, dried apricot and toffee standing out.

33cl bouteille @ Haket Bar, Göteborg. BB 17/05/2015. Brune claire, col crémeux moka. Arôme est malté, grillé pointe de chocolat et un léger fruité houblonné venant agrémenter le tout. Palais reste fortement centré sur le smalts, entre chocolat et pointe de fudge. Palais semble plus alcoolisé que les 7%. Une petite café reste en fin de bouche qui est agrémenté par un brève amertume. Note aussi un petit côté mélasse voire poudre de cacao et un ajout minime d’aigreur fruitée. Bière qui montre encore la capacité de Beerbliotek à faire de bonnes choses.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Järntorget, Göteborg. Orangée brumeuse, col épais beige. Arôme laisse pleind e bonnes notes de citra. Cela est vraiment ce que je recherche dans ce style de bières. Trop nombreuses sont les suédoises qui sont orientées sur un malté trop prononcé. Note fleuri et herbacée avec un bouquet fruité agréable. Palais donne ici également toute la complexité du citra en restant très facile à approcher et complexe. Note d’amertume modérée ajoutant une note citrique. Malt en retrait vient contrebalancer le tout. Bel effort de cette nouvelle brasserie à Göteborg.

Smak och doft av humle, malt, mango, citrus, persika, ananas med toner av karamell och grapefrukt. Frisk, rund och len med lagom sötma. Avrundas med en tydlig beska med smak av grapefrukt och tallkåda.

Draught at BrewDog Bar, Stockholm. Near black, small head. Aroma of chocolate and chili. Sweetish with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Habanero chili dominates completely. Unbalanced and unbalanced. Mostly habanero burn. I like chili, and I like beer. If you want to drink a good chili stout, turn to Calavera Mexican Imperial Stout instead.

Draught at BrewDog Bar, Stockholm. Huge perfumy pear and grapefruit aroma. Salty with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Dryish ans silky and licorice and grapefruit. Really bitter finish. Interesting stout/IPA hybrid.

Draught. Hazy light amber liquid with medium white head. Aroma of citrus, mango, lemon peel, tangerine, biscuit and grain. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of mango, citrus and biscuit. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite nice and refreshing.

Draught. Opaque black liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of coffee, citrus, grass, pine, ash and biscuit. Taste is dry and high bitter with notes of pine, citrus, coffee and ash. A bit too bitter almost, the malt base can’t really support it. Lacks a bit of balance that way. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice to see a BIPA this hoppy from a Swedish brewery.
