Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy ruby colour, no head. Fruity lightly peaty nose with slight chalky notes. Mid sweet with light body and clena mouthfeel. Mild and fruity, lightly peaty. Low bitterness. The beers from Äppelbo are get cleaner as it goes.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Äppelbo Irish Red Ale ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, phenol, yeast, fruity - berries. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeast, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160109]

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy amber, huge lively head. Gin-like juniper berry aroma. Dry with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruty and dusty with juniper needles and berries. Somewhat medicinal finish with medium bitterness. Much cleaner and better than previous releases from Äppelbo.
