Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is some floral, wooden and mild herbal tones. Flavour is toffee, floral, some nutty and mild herbal and wooden tones to it. Mild tartish tones, which partly might be from the alcohol sting too.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear pale amber, mid sized head. Potent brandy aroma with pears and hay, Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Some bread, lots of pear brandy. Intensely warming with alcohol bitter finish.

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, cloudberries, green apples, apricots, white bread and hints of old socks. Fruity, tart taste with notes of cloudberries, bread, apples, sea buckthorn and hints of cabbage. Light body, dry. Interesting, but not really brilliant. The lactic acidity tends to overshadow the fruit character a bit. Enjoyable.
