Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a lasting white head and lots of small floaties. Aroma is dry, malty, rather spicy and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with lots of alcohol. Something is wrong here. 241014

33 cl bottle from Systembolagets Beställningssortiment. Sampled on July 25, 2014.BB 150301.Cloudy yellow to apricot color, fluffy white lasting head. Sweet, banana, alcohol scent. Potent alcohol, then peppry alcohol, even more alcohol, some more alcohol taste. One of the vilest drinks I’ve had in a long long time, I almost puked. Fizzy mouthfeel, peppry alcohol and banana aftertaste. Low bitterness. Warming alcohol. Horrible stuff, sorry to say. Smelled rather nice though.

Flaska från SB. Skumkaskad när kapsylen går av. Disig, gyllengul, högt vitt skum. Estrig doft med päron, ananas, fuktig halm, jäst, socker och en del alkohol. Stark, söt, fruktiga estrar, främst päron, ganska stor beska stramar upp smaken väl. En riktigt lyckad trippel och fantastiskt bra för att vara svensk.

Flaska från systembolagets lokala sortiment. Gyllengul, i princip klar, medelhögt vitt skum. Doft av päron, ströbröd, marsipan och lite belgiska jästestrar, vitpeppar och en örtig kryddighet. Spritsig, aningen alkohol, marsipan, päron, apelsinskal, lätt belgisk jästkaraktär. Mycket trevlig.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Mildy gushing upon opening. Cloudy orange/amber, lively head. Fruity nose with some pineapple. Very sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel. Pepper and apricot, spun sugar and starfruit. Waming finish with evident alcohol.

Bottled. Hazy amber, small head. Atoma of pear and marzipan. Mid dry with medium-full body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Honey and marzipan, bread, pears and white pepper. Mild, yet rich. Lightly warning finish with some balsam.
