Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Fruity and funky aroma with strong brett notes. Dry and a bit thin, with brett character., and a bit cardboard-y yeast.

Bottle 330ml.[ Courtesy of omhper ]. Light unclear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, excellent to good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, apricot notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sour fruit, vomit acidic notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111210]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and notes of plastic, malt, and minerals, leading to a dry tart finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottled, thanks ZWR! Cloudy deep golden, no head. Fruity nose with some floral notes. The clean hard mouthfeel makes it no service, neither does the rather unpleasant yeastiness. Some hard crystal malt before a yeasty finish with low bitterness. Not even close to a good beer. I was really hoping for much more from this brewer, hope for rapid improvement. (4/2/4/2/8 = 2.0)
Re-rate, bottled at SMÖF. Clear deep golden, small head. Buttery nose with a fair amount of hay. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Soft and pleasant with nice malt depth. Very Czechish and pilsnerish. How is that for a rapid improvement?
