Description
Patricia Lemoine and Lionel Delplanche are brewers on their organic conversion farm in Blis-et-Born in the Dordogne.
This craft beer is by far incomparable to those industrial beers with strong bitterness which we are unfortunately too often used to ... Brewed with passion according to ancestral methods, their taste, their body, their delicacy, will make you rediscover Beer in other ways. auspice. The method used by Margoutie is a so-called "old-fashioned" method, using only natural ingredients, without preservatives.
It is a so-called "double fermentation" beer. This is a typical method of hand-brewed beers. Unlike the vast majority of industrial beers, to which carbon dioxide is added during bottling, craft breweries add a small amount of sugar before bottling. The beer then ferments in the bottle, which will bring the desired amount of gas and foam to the beer.
