Bottle at Cantillon. Murky pinkish/reddish poor with a tiny white head. Not much in the nose. On the sour side with berry and vinous highlights. Funk and horse blanket backbeats. Good body and mouthfeel.

On tap at a Moeder Fontainas. Cloudy garnet pour with a funky nose, wormwood?? Sour and maybe not as well balanced as the Blanche currently but with more depth and complexity. Tasty with more cherry , vinegar, and red grape notes. Good body and mouthfeel.

Bottle at Café Pardaf. Clear yellow pour with a minimal white head. Muted funk and barrel bouquet. What a stunner and so much better than batch 13. Sour and acidic but not overly so with funk and barrel notes. The cognac
adds creaminess and the barrel mellow caramel lowlights. The alcohol, which I suspect is from the rum, makes its presence felt in the finish. Clean, complex, and delicious with a solid body.
