MiP Profile - Brewver

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Liquorice and burnt plastic aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems hazy. Small light brown head. The flavour has a lot of raw liquorice. Slightly salty. I do not know why they would call it something with Christmas cookies, because to me it tastes more like a decent cough syrup. Still good, though. I used to like cough syrup.

Draught, 6.8% at Skaal Sønderborg. Teaish aroma with notes of medium light caramel. Hazy dark amber colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is quite caramelly. Old bread notes, but not bad. Sweetish finish. Good mouthfeel.

Draught, 5% at Skaal Sønderborg. Roasted aroma, biscuit, old hay. Hazy dark brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is roasted with hard toasted dark bread and dark malts. Great mild coffee finish.

Draught, 4% at Skaal Sønderborg. Paint thinner, acid, and cherry aroma. Hazy deep red colour. No head. The flavour is watery with ok clean acid and a thin cherry/marzipan note. Tastes all right, but is a bit thin.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Buttery aroma, acidic. Muddy red colour. The flavour is fruity and quite acidic. There is also quite a lot of butter and I do not know if it is intended. The acid is good, though.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Fruity and acidic aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is malty and lagery. Has some light caramel and a good clean bitterness. Fruity finish. Late clean bitterness.
