cuso Profile - Brewver

Gift from friends, brougt from Japan. Many thanks. Cloudy deep Golden color with medium white head. Fruit aroma with lemon, slightly estery, olives. Taste is strange, but I liked it. Malt, olives, lemon, kind of wood, almost no hops.

Can. Golden color with medium white head. Nice citrusy an piney aroma. Taste is hop centered with resin, grpefruit zest, light piney notes. Medium long hoppy bitter finish.

Can. Hazy yellow golden color with thick persistent white head. Citrus hoppy aroma complemented with tropical fruits with passion fruits, amngo, pineapples. Taste is juicy, fruity hop centeres with mango, passion fruit, honey dew, zest, dank, apricot. Refreshing, easy drinkable, I am missing some hoppy bitterness. I know, I know...

Golden color with medium long lasting white head. Aroam heavy on DMS, moderate diacetyl, bready malt, no hops. Taste is sweet malty together with heavy oxidation and DMS, moderate Diacetyl, old malt, no hops, strange bitternes in finnish.

BBT 12/2025. Dark golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, rhum, barrel, alcohol. Taste is malty with rhum, barrel, light spices, light hops, Alcohol is evident. Good.
