From tap at Fierce Beer, Edinburgh. Big bourbon upfront, vanilla, oak, toffee, brown malts, caramel, raisin. Sweet flavour, lightly some alcohol in the finish. Medium to full body. Long lasting Bourbon aftertaste.

From tap at Fierce Beer, Edinburgh. Big chipotle in the aroma, green pepper, blackened pepper, some dark malt. Spicy with some chili burn, but not as much as the mega-chipotle aroma would indicate. Not very challenging chiliburnwise, but it smells like someone holds a chipotle under your nose.

From tap at Fierce Beer, Edinburgh. Crisp and nicely bitter grassy notes, bit fruity, notes of citrus and lemon. Hint of weedy NZ hop. Finishes a bit dry, long bitterness. Refreshing hoppy Lager or IPL.

From tap at Fierce Beer, Edinburgh. A bit sweetish and ripe with orange, tropical notes, malt, light candied fruit. Modest bitterness with sweetness as well. Overall a bit modest.
