Bottle from Beer in a Box. Robust sweet brown malt aroma with plenty of woody notes. Caramel and a whiff of smoke. About medium sweet with a light bitterness. Lots more wood in the finish. Nice one.

Can from a local bottle shop. Soft fruity hop with citrus, soft tropical fruit, touch of Nelson grape. Hoped the Sabro would be more dominant. Moderate bitter flavour, medium body.

Can from Beerdome. I'm a sucker for rum BA and coconut, so yeah... Sweet and rich with notes of chocolate, raisins, some vanilla and roasted malt. Pleasant booze, rum barrel, light sticky sweet finish. Delicious.

Can from Beer in a Box. Citrusy and grassy hop with notes of lime and soft pale malt. Flavour is too bitter for its own good. Medium body. Lacks some refinement overall.

Bottle from Beerdome. Bit floral, spicy yeast, some citrus, peppery notes, grainy malt. Mild to medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Fine Tripel, yeasty, floral and a bit fruity.

Can from a local bottle shop. Ripe-ish tropical fruit with soft pale malt, orange, stone fruit, nectarine, mango. Moderate bittetness with some sweetness. Medium body. Ripe, sweetish, fine.
