Bottle, bottled 26? May 2025. Color: Lightly hazy orange amber, dense off-white head. Aroma: Peppery, spicy, fruity lime and subtle funk. Taste: Clearly present yet subtle peppery, spicy notes, fruity lime and stonefruit, earthy, funky hints and some oak wood. Nice spicy and refreshing tart fruit combination from start to finish. Dry-ish, peppery mouthfeel at the finish. Very well balanced. Medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate tart. Very nice.

Taste: Floral hop combined with fruity (unripe grape, some stonefruit and hints of lemon) tartness. Spicy hop hints. Some oak wood and subtle rural funk. Medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate tartness, light bitterness. Nice.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: Hoppy, fruity. Taste: Hoppy, some caramel, fruity stone fruit and tropical fruit. Subtle grassy and spicy notes. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitterness. Dry-ish finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Ok.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, herbal, malty. Taste: Herbal, spicy hints, yeasty, malty, some white sugar. Malty. Refreshing, wormwood-like herbs, Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light bitterness. A bit too herbal for me personally. Ok overall.

Taste: Wheat malt, yeasty, quite a lot of fruity esters (banana, some stone fruit and hints of lemon), subtle spicy cloves, some hopbitterness coming in. Moderate to over moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Slightly creamy body. Nice Weizen.

Nice 75cl stone bottle. Color: Hazy amber, beige head. Aroma: Caramel malt, dried fruit. Taste: Dried dark and yellow fruit, caramel mal, floral hop, spicy notes. Moderate to over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice spicy Quad.

Can. Color: Black, thin brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, chocolate. Taste: Roasted malt, a lot of velvety chocolate, sweetish, quite dense mouthfeel. Some hop at the background. Over medium to full body, below average carbonation. Medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness.

Bottle. Color: Dark reddish brown, mocha head. Aroma: Dark malt, burnt sugar, hints of cocoa. Taste: Smooth, ligthtly creamy body. Dark malt, some burnt sugar, some dark chocolate and floral hop. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Long lasting finish. Nice Dubbelbock, fortunately not as sweetish and malty as most Dutch (Dubbel)bock beers.

Can. Color: Milky orange, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit and some tropical fruit. Taste: Hoppy, fruity orange, pineapple, some grapefruit and tangerine. Dense and smooth malty base. Over medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness going towards ovet medium bitterness at the long lasting finish. Very nice.
