Bottle. Color: Clear amber, thin beige head. Aroma: Oak wood, whiskey. Taste: Well balanced blend of honey, Whiskey, oak wood and some grain and hop. Whiskey is lightly overwhelming, but I don't mind. A bit thin body, low to zero carbonation. Moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Nice Braggot.

Bottle from a English supermarket. Sainsbury's possibly? Color: Clear copper, yellow-ish off-white head. Aroma: Caramel malt, floral and little citrus hop. Taste: Caramel malt, lightly roasted malt, some dark fruit, fruit cake, floral hop, some marmelade and light hints of citrus fruit. A bit spicy. Biscuit. Just over medium, lightly creamy body. Below average carbonation. Moderate sweet and over moderate bitterness. Great complexity. Very nice English Strong Ale.
