750ml wired cork bottle from CITG. 2024 Vintage. Cork self ejected with a pop on loosening. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, fruit, citrus. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, skin, alittle funk hint, some caramel, citric acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask at House of Hop, Darlington. Gluten Free. Yellowy gold colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, grain, citrus, hops. Taste is sweet, malty, mellow fruit, citrus with some hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbobation, drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle. Orangey amber gold colour, white bubbly head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, citric hints, with balanced acidity and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, malt. grainy, bready, fruity, with hay, straw notes and grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, drying grassy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, appley, wood barrel, oaky, vanilla, with leathery, barnyard funky notes and drying earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
