Taste is tart, tangy, sweet, appley, core, with barnyard funk, leather, alittle caramel, and earthy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

440ml can from South Downs Cellars. Golden colour, thin bubbly head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, mucky funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, with barnyard funk, leather, orchard floor and some drying tannin. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
