Taste is tangy, tart, appley, some core, skin & funky hints, with acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, appley, with an acetic note, leathery funk, meaty & orange juicy, and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is malty, grain, stone fruit, spicy, with yeasty notes, citrusy and some hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tangy, malt, grain, fruity, citrus, pine and hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, many thanks Colin! Dark red-black colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of juicy berries, cherry ripe, raspberry jelly. Taste is sweet, honey, juicy & tart berries, blackcurrant, raspberries, and booze with alittle acidity. Full bodied, low carbonation, sweet lingering big berry boozy finish. Very sippable indeed.

Taste is sweet, appley concentrate, syrupy, fruity, and earthy, woody, boozey, some nutty hints, with drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweet & dry tannic at the finish. Very sippable.

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye, rated on Raison d’Être Vintage 2023 release day 28th August 2025. Bottle 123 of 1330. Slightly hazed golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of wood barrel, apple, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, with wood barrel, peat, some funk, and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, woody, oak, vanilla, barrel notes, boozy rum, with some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody boozy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
