TDA Profile - Brewver

Draught at Meltzer Beer House, very little head, cloudy very dark red colour, aroma of minerals and glue with hints of horse sweat and brown bread, flavor of cherries, bread and a bit of glue behind, light sourness, dominant sweetness though not cloying. Nice and drinkable but much simpler then I expected.

Can, big stable bubbly head, clear dark orange to copper colour, malty, jammy, maybe a hint of orange marmalade and umami, cloying heavy sweetness, not enough bitterness. Not sure what this is, but it's a really bad experiment.

Can, small stable creamy head, opaque extremely dark brown colour, dark and milk chocolate, some cookies and a bit of vanila and dried fruits smooth mouthfeel, noticable but not too heavy sweetness with a light cola like sourness and just a bit of bitterness. Nice and fun, easy to sip.

Can, big bubbly foamy head, hazy deepish yellow colour, mellow onion, wood, hint of melon, strong green bitterness with a light malty Sweetness behind. Nice and enjoyable.

Can, stable big bubbly head, hazy quite deep orange colour, fruity and quite malty, some honey coming through, light to medium greenish bitterness. Enjoyable but quite simple. At a rarate the bitterness is much more refined and the fruitiness more tropical. Much more enjoyable.
