TDA Profile - Brewver

Can, small stable creamy head with some bubbles, coal black colour, aroma of dark maltiness, vanila and raspberries, flavor of vanila, raspberries and some chocolate behind, light bodied fruity but dry. Really nice and enjoyable.

Bottle, very little head, murky light brown colour, dried apricot and apple, some oxidation and spiciness, just a little passion fruit lingering, light to medium mellow and a bit fatty sourness, complemented by a bit of sweetness. Probably too old by still interesting and enjoyable.

Can, small stable bubbly head, ligh hazy golden orange colour, citrus, a bit of candy and jam, that is getting stronger, hint of pine, noticable sweetness, medium grapefruit bitterness. Nice, nothing more.

Bottle, almost no head whatsoever, hazy deepish oxidized orange colour, aroma of terpentine, varnish, wood, earthy and mouldy and spicy notes, flavor of wood and terpentine, hint of sour apple and a whiff of vanila, wevery sour and quite piercing. Not easy to drink but very interesting and enjoyable.

Can, big dense bubbly head, cloudy light red to orange colour, red fruits and green shrubs, with a medium mellow fruity sourness. Nice and very easy.

Can, small quickly disappearing bubbly head, very dark muddy brown colour, aroma of dark malt, hints of metal and vanila, flavor of candy and dark malt, with a bit of chocolate, a little sticky, a bit of alcohol, quite sweet with a noticable bitterness. Fair, nothing more.

Can, medium bubbly head, quite clear yellow colour, vinous notes, grapefruit, lemon, green herbal notes, a bit of yoghurt, lightish sourness just a whiff of salt. Nice, just a bit bland.
