16oz can c/o Ryan. Wow. 7 weeks out from canning and this still tastes great. Bold hop tones. Hard to know what hops are in there but I'd guess Nelson, Citra, Galaxy. Excellent stuff.

12oz can. Perhaps not intended as a Sour IPA, but pretty much is. Resinous, rindy hop tone. More soapy, vegetal than sour. Kind of a mess.

16oz can. Pretty solid Dark Lager. Lots of malt depth. Smooth, on the fuller side of medium bodied. Sweet, but balanced. Good stuff.

16oz can. What an awesome lager. Bold, flowery hops. Perfect carbonation. Crackery, bready malts. Perfect balance. Fantastic execution. World Class stuff all the way.

16oz can. My first time having Paradisi. Nice rustic farmhouse Pale Ale. Earthy, soapy hops, Paradisi doesn't really stand up to the Cascade or Simcoe. A lot of British tendencies. Good.
