The closest JWD to my hotel. Fairly big pub at ground floor of an appartment building. Had a nice little breakfast for 3 pounds once and a nice curry with beer (11 pounds) last night. Only 4 casks and 6 taps, but decent. Good quick service. Typical JWD.

A pleasant surprise at the Southbank Food Centre. This basically consists of a tent with one side the taproom and one side with a long table. They had 6 taps on hands, available in 1/3 and 2/3 at good prices (3 to 7 pounds). Plenty of food around (LOL). Good service.

Visited on busy Thursday night, and place was packed. Did a quick tour and they did have 6 casks and 4 taps...Waterloo upsell as casks where 5.10 pounds (still not bad). They do have the typical JDW menu deals. Did not stay as nothing struck my fancy. Still a decent option if waiting for a train,

Visited twice, first time was packed on Thursday night and left, then the next day. Fairly big Brewdog on 2 floors, festive decor for the season (Xmas), modern vibe, bowling alley, and other game rooms. Cool. Not the biggest selection ive seen at a BD but some interesting guest taps (a few big American Impies, some local breweries and offerings from other BDs)...prob 15 taps or so. They do flights of 4 with prices based on selection...mine was close to 19 pounds due to the Mortalis Stout...probably Waterloo upsell. Good American menu of burgers and pizzas. Good Service...and located right next to the train and tube stations.

Visited on my first evening in London. This was great as it was close to my hotel in Putney. Basically, an elongated store with a communal table in the middle, and some seating closer to the entrance (im sue they put out tables on sidewallk in better weather)..Only 6 taps of beers, but good stuff, mainly local. A fairly big selection of British beers mainly in cans but some bottles, some imports from Belgium and USA/Canada. They do flights on demand, price based on value...i got 4 4ounces for less than 11pounds. Great service. Did not note any food.
