Soft white grape, lots of mineral, some slight vegetal/pine character and a soft, honey-like malt balancing nicely. Hops are well-integrated, almost subtle at this point, but still expressive and well-done, showing lots of interesting mineral and other complexity.
Cracker-like malts with a burst of peppery bitterness turning slightly sweet (white bread, cherry) and slightly vegetal/pine-like. Very minor white grape, hints of sulfur, unripe tropical fruit skin and low sweetness overall. Very easy drinking, if, perhaps, a touch bland at points.
That weird greyish tint to it that always makes me think oxidation...
Nose seems to confirm. No overt oxidation but malt is prevalent. Hops reduced to only vague fruitiness (or is that the yeast). Nothing offensive, but this isn't that old and I've kept it in the fridge, so it shouldn't smell like vague fruit and heavy graham cracker.
Bitterness up front leads to sweet, bready malt notes suggesting liquified graham cracker with honey. Again, there is no distinct hop flavor, just vague bitterness and bread that is going stale. A shame. Maybe my other can wasn't affected?
2nd can had a better pop to it, but obviously this must be hotside aeration, as this beer is extremely carbonated and has a large, well-retained head. Same candy-like sweetness, vague bitterness and no distinct hop flavor.

Peachy-pineapple with soft mango and no allium from the Mosaic, but rather a lemongrass-like spiciness that balances the sweet fruit of the Citra. Lush malts and a robust, mineral-laden yeastiness lead to a piney (in the best way possible) finish full of mineral-rich dry hop. Very aromatic and bright.
Big and malty up front with immediate dry hop adding earth, chalk, mineral and light pepper and spice. Juicy Citra and plush malts in the background balance the nicely bitter, pine-accented spiciness of the Mosaic. Very much a zesty lemongrass and pure hop character, no onion or intense herb. Comforting, soft texture but good attenuation and more than ample bitterness. Well-made but preserving a very lo-fi character that is absolutely charming. Gotta get down to this place sooner than later!
