Can: Poured a amber color Marzen with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some clean cereal notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some caramel notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable Marzen with good drinkability.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some rhubarb notes and funky ester. Taste is a mix of tart rhubarb notes with some tart notes and funky ester with smoke acidity in the finale. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable rhubarb brett ale but less acidity would have been better.

Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank tropical notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with dank tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with juicy factors but lacking some cohesion with the residual sugars.

Nice place located in Kensington with the brewery located right beside with a store to grab beer to-go. Nice patio with great staff. Good choice for beers and fresh food. Worth stopping when in Kensington.

Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great lager with good drinkability even if the flavor profile is thin.

Taste is a mix of fresh grape notes with some fruity notes, some tart notes with some funky ester and oak/vinous notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable grape based wild ale with plenty of complex flavors.
