Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with tropical/mango notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with good drinkability.

Nice little bistro located in the Buckingham sector of Gatineau. Plenty of parking available on the surrounding streets. Nice selection of home beers with to-go options available. Food is quite good and eclectic and made from fresh ingredients. Prices are fair for quality and location. The owners are really nice and provide great service.

On-tap: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some herbal hops notes with light citrusy hoppy notes. Taste is also a good mix of clean cereal notes with some citrusy/herbal notes with a semi-sweet finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable lager with a nice twist with New World hops and light residual sugar notes.

On-tap: Poured a black color stout with a nice large brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice floral coffee notes with some roasted malt. Taste is also a nice mix of floral coffee notes with some roasted malt notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a nice creamy texture and good carbonation. Solid stout with very high-drinkability.
