Dogbrick Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Clear bright golden pour with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Fruity aroma with yeast and malt notes. Light body with flavors of fruity yeast, bready malt and a touch of hops. The finish is clean with a bittersweet fruit and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear copper-orange color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and rye. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, stone fruit and rye malt. The finish is piney hops and mildly spicy rye. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear pale straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of fruit, malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of fruity yeast, roast malt and slight floral hops. The finish is sweet with a fruit and malt aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Slightly hazy golden pour with a medium thin bright white head that dissipates steadily to a lasting outer ring. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
